Organizations With Which We Work

As Episcopalians in the Diocese of Connecticut, we are proud of our connections with the Episcopal Church and the worldwide Anglican Communion. Outreach to our community and beyond is coordinated through the Mission committee.

We rejoice in the collaborative work with faith communities surrounding Ridgefield, including:

Daily Bread Food Pantry at St. James in Danbury

Providing staple for those suffering from food insecurity

Amos House – a program for breaking the cycle of homelessness for single mothers and their children.

Housatonic Habitat for Humanity

Putting people in homes since 1991

Association of Religious Communities

Serves as an Interfaith clearinghouse for relief efforts in greater Danbury.

Cape Cares

Providing free medical and dental care to those who have no access in remote Honduras.

Interfaith Aids Ministry

Working with individual and families affected by HIV/AIDS.

Danbury Youth Services

Offers a wide variety of programs for youth including the Earn-a-bike program.

Renewal House

A residential program for the elderly homeless.

Town of Ridgefield, Department of Social Services

Providing a myriad of services for local needs.

TBICO, Danbury

The Bridge to Independence and Career Opportunities providing job training and career clothing for underprivileged women.

Women’s Center of Greater Danbury

Provides services for victims of domestic violence or sexual assault.

Children’s Center at Bedford Hills

Providing opportunity for the children of incarcerated mothers to spend time together.
