Ministries for Seniors

Care Givers Support

Our ministries for women, men, and children would not be here if not for our beloved loved ones who raised us to the wonderful people we are today. Here are a few ideas on how to give back to the caregivers of our past that needs our care today:

1. Video Conference, Google Meet, Zoom, and Skype are some of the few video conferencing apps that we can use to encourage seniors to join our ministry meetings.

2. Phone Call: Everyone is a phone call away. Google Hangouts offer free phone calls across the USA.

3. In-Person Visit: AssistedLiving.org is one of the online directories that you can use to identify nearby senior facilities that may need some TLC from our church. Financial Assistance for Seniors Buying Hearing Aids

Hearing aids can be a significant expense, especially medical-grade devices purchased through an audiologist. However, the price tag shouldn’t deter you from seeking professional hearing care if you need it. Hearing aids undoubtedly improve everyday quality of life for those who struggle to hear, and studies have shown that wearing them can even improve brain function for those with hearing loss.

Additionally, there are some financial assistance options available for seniors that can make hearing aids more affordable. Below, we explain some of the most common sources of help paying for hearing aids.
