Morning Healing Prayer Service Thursdays at 10am in the church. Make space for light and healing in the midst of the busy-ness of life. Join our Associate for Caring Ministries, the Rev. Erika Hagan, in the church for a service that will offer quiet, contemplation, space to pray for the health and healing of ourselves and others, and optional laying on of hands. If you are carrying caregiving responsibilities, or worry for others, or weariness for yourself – come and set that burden down. If you cannot make the Thursday morning service, but wish to offer names to be included in that week’s prayers, please e-mail them to caringministries@ststephens-ridgefield.org.

How to Interrupt Bullying- April 9, 7:30pm- Zoom

When people pull back from something that they usually enjoy doing, we might want to reach out and ask, “Is everything okay?”  What if we get an answer that indicates that they were treated poorly by an organizer of an event or the person in charge?  This on-line zoom event will help attendees learn applicable skills for supporting the withdrawn person.  Whether the person in need is someone who abruptly withdrew from the church after years of dedicated engagement or is your friend at work or school, attendees will find themselves strengthened to be compassionate servants of Christ.  This is one way to increase your ability to “love one another.”  Email Ginny Fitzpatrick gfitzpatrick@ststephens-ridgefield.org to receive the zoom link for April 9.

Learn about organizations we support • Sundays April 11 – May 5                                             St. Stephen’s supports many area organizations which respond to people in their particular need. On the Sundays of April 11, 18, 25, and May 5, you will have the opportunity to learn more about these particular organizations and possible ways that you can be involved.
